A specially separated Organisation Division for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events operates within the Weco-Travel structure. For a number of years, it has been assisting our customers in accomplishing business objectives via the comprehensive and professional organisation of domestic and foreign business trips, including integration and incentive trips, as well as arranging congresses and scientific conferences.
We are aware of the fact that the key to success is to understand the customer’s needs and to maintain ongoing contact between the employer and the contractor, starting from preparation of a brief, through to selection of an offer and implementation and project settlement. At the offer preparation stage, we perform a careful selection of programmes, places and facilities, recommending to our customers the ones which, in our opinion and in the opinion of our customers, were best, unforgettable and where the purpose of the trip was fully accomplished.
